A 48 hour window is allowed to reschedule with no last minute cancellation/rescheduling fee. Our stylists appreciate getting as much of a heads up in order to hopefully fill the spot left behind last minute.

Arrive with CLEAN DRY SMOOTH HAIR (unless receiving a curly cut, clean dry curls) this allows for the best results for appointment. Oil, product build up, tangles and wet hair can interfere with your results.

We have an assortment of amenities from boujie boozie drinks, coffee, tea, and snacks. Each station has a phone charger upon request, and our personal favorite a heated towel and relaxing chest compress while you get your shampoo experience.

No, While we understand a busy schedule, a salon can be a dangerous place for kids. Hot tools, sharp equipments, and chemicals dont make the salon a place to let kids be unsupervised. We encourage your appointment to be your YOU time to pamper yourself and relax as well as respecting other clients and their pamper time.

Our stylists use VAGARO to book and manage appointments. You'll need an account and you can find your stylist direct link under their photo on our Team page, or on their stylist page. We recommend and appreciate when our guests use our booking systems to manage their appointments but if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us or your stylist directly. We promise we want to hear from you!

5-10 minutes is great! Sometimes were ahead of schedule sometimes we may run behind, keep an eye on your phone for any last minute updates from your stylist.

Sometimes! Capturing our art made from your hair is the best way for our stylists to grow their business. Sometimes we may not have time or some other reason we may not take photos, this does NOT mean we dont love your hair! If you wish to not have your photo taken just say so!
